Kiri Watson, MSW, QMHP
Associate Therapist
I’m a clinical social work associate and mind-body therapist who specializes in working with adult trauma survivors seeking to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more compassionate way. My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through safe, attuned connection with ourselves and with others. I work with clients who feel stuck in their pain, disconnected from themselves, or overwhelmed by emotion, supporting them in gently uncovering the stories beneath their symptoms and reconnecting with their inner resilience and strength.
Trauma isn’t just stored in our memories; it’s held in our bodies. True healing often requires us to move beyond words alone. In our work together, I take an integrative approach, blending talk therapy with trauma-informed practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic therapies. These modalities help us access the body’s wisdom, process unresolved stories, and gently tend to the emotional and physical imprints of trauma to support deep, transformative healing.
I believe that healing is not about fixing something broken, but about rediscovering the wholeness that’s always been within you. Every part of you has a story worth hearing and understanding, and I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Together, we’ll slow down, listen inward, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.
