Hi! I'm Whitney.

Helping people is at the core of everything I do. With a strong background in customer service and a developing foundation in social work, I bring empathy, resourcefulness, and a client-centered approach to every interaction. At Rooted Mental Health, I focus on partnering with clients to identify and achieve their goals—whether that involves obtaining stable housing, navigating support systems, or working towards a safe and fulfilling life.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, exploring nature, and finding moments to recharge, especially near the water.

I am proud to be part of the Rooted team and excited to continue positively impacting our community.

Education  
I am pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Portland State University, focusing on Child, Youth, and Family Services. My studies enhance my ability to support individuals and families in meaningful, trauma-informed ways. As part of my long-term goals, I plan to continue on to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW) and eventually pursue a doctorate so I can further expand the ways I can help those I serve.
