Hailey Ziegler, CSWA

Therapist

As a Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to providing services that ensure you are not treated as a number or a diagnosis, but rather value you the person you are with dignity and respect. My goal is to help guide your journey in experiencing full healing through working together to instill hope into your life and contradict any negative experiences and expectations that you may have
already encountered.

My approach: I serve my clients from a strengths-based perspective. I do person-centered and family-focused work with individuals, children, families, and couples. I also have experience in child therapy, using play therapy techniques such as, sand tray therapy. My approach emphasizes addressing long-standing issues around family-of-origin and repair work in relationships to help you better understand your current challenges and recognize that your negative experiences can be healed.

My work has previously focused on serving at-risk youth and their families, particularly those who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, including grief, domestic violence, systemic trauma and inter-generational trauma due to issues like the foster care system, involvement in the Juvenile Justice system, adoption, and much more. My hope is that through therapy, your
individual and family relationships can be repaired through personal growth and deep reflection, and your trauma can be healed; I also believe the root of conflict and insecurities within ourselves are often stemmed from our family of origin. Due to having many lived experiences that has been healed through my own deep work through therapy, combined with my education as a clinical social worker, I am excited to explore with and help those who are ready to put in the deep work within themselves.
